28 juillet 2020 - Fête de la saint Vladmir ! Le problème théologico-politique du Gabon a été résolu par mon passage à l’orthodoxie ! Et c’est ce que l’avenir démontrera !
C’est un devant un petit groupe d’amis triés sur le volet que j’ai choisi d’embrasser la foi chrétienne orthodoxe. Au nom de la liberté de conscience et par cohérence contre le très raciste décret religieux romain : ROMANUS PONTIFEX.
Je suis devenu chrétien orthodoxe ce 28 juillet 2020. Ce qui signifie que j’ai été baptisé catholique mais que désormais je confesse la foi et le credo des orthodoxes.
Je me désolidarise officiellement du décret papale « ROMANUS PONTIFEX » mais je taste un chrétien œcuménique ouvert à toutes les religions mais je ne suis pas catholique. J’ai reçu un autre prénom : Vladimir.

Note à notre blog: Saint Vladimir était un roi cruel et barbare, mais après son baptême, il est devenu un grand chef pour son peuple. Quelques mots sur Saint Vladimir (980-1015), d'ici

"Dès son baptême le prince Vladimir change radicalement et fonde une famille exemplaire.
La peine de mort est abrogée. Ses sujets ne sont plus vendus en esclavage, l’esclavage est pratiquement aboli.
Vladimir se met à racheter les Slaves prisonniers dans d’autres contrées puisant pour ceci dans sa cassette. Les relations entre Slaves, Varègues et Ougro-finnois subissent de profonds changements. Elles étaient hostiles auparavant car les Varègues s’estimaient être supérieurs. Le prince Vladimir se consacra à fusionner les trois ethnies..."

Bon dimanche ! Un détail qui me frappe dans le Christianisme orthodoxe : la couleur de Jésus le Christ. Il est plus noir qu’aryen et il n’a pas l’air d’un androgyne de cinéma hollywoodien. 🤔
Sa mère est également basanée en général sur les icônes ...

“Today Christ is born in the city of Bethlehem, the heavens are glad and all of creation rejoices”!
My dear brothers and sisters, my children,
Today is the Feast of the Nativity of Christ! The celestial and angelic hymns are heard again. “Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill to all men”. Once again the Church bells ring out on the entire planet, announcing that “a Saviour is born for us today”.
We celebrate, each in his or her own way, God’s great condescension, for the salvation of mankind. His love, will once again teach us in practice, its messages. A God of love and a God of humility.
“He whom nothing can contain” becomes incarnate, to give strength and courage to weak and disappointed humanity. The eternal Lord is born to take the world out of its impasse. A world which thus far does not seem to have heard either the Angelic hymn, nor the message of “peace from above”. Wars, global and civil conflicts, civil wars, terrorism, refugees, uprooting, face us on a daily basis.
God responds to us: He is born humbly, in a beast’s manger. He is warmed by the breath of the animals. He is born in a cave. That is why no one recognized Him, no one understood Him, none of those whose eyes were turned “to earth”

found Him. Only the shepherds “living in the fields”, innocent and humble souls, received an angelic visit and were deemed worthy to be first to see “Him who upholds all” lying in the manger.
Everyone was waiting for Him to come! For centuries Heaven was planning His coming. For centuries, the unruly, sinful, and pathetic generation of mankind, struggled between doubt and ignorance, helplessness and impasse. Thousands of years before, Prophets foresaw and prophesied that which we celebrate today. Philosophers and tragic poets proclaimed his coming.
And Heaven replied! And the Son and Word of God came, “born under the law, in order to redeem those who were under the law”. Emmanuel was born, so that mankind could see with its own eyes what God is, to touch Him, to mock Him, to deny Him, to betray Him, to condemn Him, to kill Him and to worship Him, Resurrected on the third day. 

The message of the Feast of the Nativity is addressed to us all, my brothers and sisters. Not only today, but every minute, every moment of our lives. We should do it, to experience it, a rule of faith, a sheltered harbor in all the wrecks of our lives. Humanity, as never before, needs to leave human hearts open, keeping them warm and pure, so that Jesus may be born in them. We need not look for Him in palaces and luxurious rooms. A humble shack, like those that are everywhere in Africa is enough. He desperately seeks warmth and comfort. Tonight, God knocks on the door of our heart. Are we going to keep Him waiting?
My brothers and sisters, my blessed children,
Let us all transport ourselves noetically to the troubled parts of the Middle East, to the outskirts of Judea, to see where, but mainly why Jesus was born. Let us enter the cave, kneel before Him and say to Him: “Christ, mankind has not enjoyed the virtues of peace, as much as it desired. It lives in wars, killing joy and peace. It lives in distress and the fear of an uncertain future. The world is reminiscent of an immense battlefield, where every person turns against his brothers. Despite all the conferences and the movements for peace, it has remained, for twenty and more centuries, an "elusive dove", an uncertain dream. Let us transcend it! Let us put aside the passions that incite us to acts of violence! Let us spread arms of love, embracing every human being. Then we will experience the Nativity all the time.

For at it, they who worshiped the stars, were taught by a star; (Mt 2:2,10), to adore you, the Sun of righteousness, and to know you, the Orient from on high. (Jn 3:16)

Oh Lord, Glory be to you!

Dear Viewers / Listeners!

All of us Christians are here again this year to rejoice while celebrating in a special way the mystery of Incarnation of the Word of God the Father in Jesus Christ, through the Virgin Mary and the Holy Spirit. Is 7:14, Lk 1:35, Eph 3:4-6; 9-12, Jn 1:1-3. As it is well known, this mystery of the incarnation of the word of God, into Christ Jesus the perfect Son of Man, is equally great like the mystery of His resurrection from the dead. Dan 7:13. Mt 12:41. Because, in between these two mysteries, are arrayed all the other miracles relating to the mission of the word of God to us, as the Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ, from Satan our Enemy. Heb 3:1, Mt 3:17; 17:5.

David the king, and one of the prophets on the enfleshment of the Word, invites us all now. Lk 20:43, Ps 110. “All you righteous (believers) sing joyfully to the Lord God, for whatever He has done…. Shout joyfully and praise skillfully with clean hearts! Ps 33:1-. Why should all believers praise and shout with joy? Because, “God (the Father) spoke, and it came to be; He commanded and it stood firm … Heaven and earth were made by His word”. Ps 33:6,9. And His Spirit took care of creation Gn 1:1-3. Here exactly is where the Apostle John the theologian adds his own witness upon this mystery: “Before the world and earth were made, the Word of God was existing. The Word was with God, and the Word was God … All things were made through Him, without him nothing was made that has been made …” Jn 1:1-. 

 

 

This Word, the Son of God in His eternity, descended from heaven for us men and for our salvation. Through the Holy Spirit and of the Virgin Mary, and became Man …” Lk 1:26-, Nicene creed, § 3.

If now we leave this beginning of the mystery of incarnation of the Word of God, for our unbelieving age, Mk 16:16, Jn 3:18, the following must be strictly observed. That, the Bible in its wholeness (OT and NT) explains and clarifies relations which exist between God and men, through Christ the Word and the Holy Spirit, during the struggle against the Enemy of the will of God. Gn 3:1-, Mt 7:12; 12:50, Jn 6:38-40. Therefore, all people who are in this struggle, as believers or Christians with a sensitive conscience, on the fact of sin in the history of the whole world, together with the Angels praise, rejoice and sing loudly for the incarnation of the Word of God in Christ Jesus. Lk 2:1-20. Because, Himself is the righteous, the imitatable and exemplary in all, as image of God (the Father). St. Paul writes precisely: “the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2 Cor 4:4. “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created; things in the heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or power or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. 

He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the Church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy …” Col 1:15-20, Gn 1:26,27.

 

 

As we conclude this message, we wish His Excellence, the president, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his family, His Excellence, the Vice President, Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi, the Judiciary, the Ministers, the Members of Parliament; His Highness the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, Nabagereka Sylivia Nnaginda, Cultural leaders, Leaders of Faith and all Ugandans; the incarnation of the Word of God in our Lord Jesus Christ, that is to say, His Nativity as the righteous Son of Man for the salvation of human race; may be a Feast that enables us all the Christian believers to celebrate joyfully, understanding even the cause that made the Word of God to appear on earth. Amen.

December 25: Birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ (Christmas); Jesus is born in Bethlehem and honoured by the wise men. (Matthew 2:1-12)

As we approach celebration of the Feast of Nativity of our King and Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God and the Saviour the humanity, we are very happy to wish to you good preparations and a Happy Celebration of Christmas and the New Year 2018.
Christmas is a great Feast for all the family and especially for the little children. Our wish for everyone on this Christmas is to strive to be the " greatest in the kingdom of heaven".
Jesus tells us today: "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me." (Matthew 18: 3-5) 

 

The worship of the Lord by the Magi is symbolic of the Church, the true Israel, in which membership is determined by faith, not by ethnic lineage. Let us come from all the corners of the world and walk to Bethlehem, guided by the star as the wise men / Magi, to worship the Christ Child, bearing our gifts: gold, for a King; frankincense, for God; and myrrh, for a Man who is to suffer and die for our salvation.
May you enjoy looking at the few pictures of the kids then gathered in the camp we had organized in our Orthodox Communities on Mount Kigali (outskirts of Kigali City) and on Mount Fumbwe - Nyagasambu (East Province).
May God remember each of you and bless you abundantly now and always. Have Peace brought by the Christ Child, Happiness and Prosperity to you and to your dear families.

Notre commentateur Igor Yazon vous propose aujourd’hui la première émission de la série consacrée à la vie du diocèse orthodoxe en République du Congo et au Gabon, pays situés de part et d'autre de l'équateur.

C’est au début des années 1980 que la religion orthodoxe est venue dans cette partie de l’Afrique centrale. Le Congolais Floribert Tchizibou est devenu le premier prêtre orthodoxe. Le diocèse qui appartient au Patriarcat orthodoxe d'Alexandrie, compte aujourd’hui neuf paroisses dont huit au Congo-Brazzaville et une dans la capitale du Gabon, Libreville. Notre commentateur a joint à Pointe-Noire la Russe Svetlana Khmeliova pour lui demander de parler de la paroisse Saint Démétrios de Thessalonique et de sa vie dans la capitale économique congolaise située sur la côte atlantique.

Saint Diocèse du Congo-Brazzaville et Gabon

L'Eglise Orthodoxe du Congo complète déjà 30 ans de présence et d'action dans la République du Congo. Le premier prédicateur de l'Orthodoxie à Brazzaville en 1983 était, le natif de Lubumbashi en République Démocratique du Congo (ex-Zaïre) frère et plus tard, le premier prêtre, feu Floribert Tchizibou.
En 1985, le feu Archevêque d'Accra Irineos effectua sa première visite à Brazzaville, où il baptisa soixante-cinq fidèles. En 1988, l’inoubliable Archevêque Irineos ordonna prêtre le père Floribert Tchizibou.

En 1991, l'Etat congolais légalement reconnu la Communauté Orthodoxe dans le pays. En 1994, le regretté Archevêque de Cameroun Petros, plus tard Patriarche d'Alexandrie et de toute l’Afrique (1997-2004) réorganisa l'Eglise locale, puis ordonna les premières prêtres, notamment les Révérends p.Bernard Diafouka et p.Maxime Oumba.

En 1995, le feu Patriarche d'Alexandrie et de toute l'Afrique Parthenios III subjugua l'Eglise du Congo à la juridiction spirituelle de l’Archevêché d’Afrique Centrale (RDC), dont le Prélat, à jamais mémorable Archevêque Timothée, s’organisa pour la poursuite du progrès de l'Orthodoxie au Congo.
Depuis l'année 2003, l’Archevêque d’antan d'Afrique Centrale (maintenant de Pentapole) Son Eminence Mgr.Ignatios a donné une attention particulière au développement et à l'organisation de l'Eglise locale. Avec pionnier infatigable le très révérend Archim. p.Theologos Chryssanthakopoulos, il a constitué des Paroisses, construit des églises, ordonné des prêtres, crée des écoles orthodoxes « Lumieres de Nations », l’orphelinat « St. Eustache » et aussi installé la Station-Radio « Voix de l’Orthodoxie ».
En 2007, Sa Béatitude le Pape et Patriarche d'Alexandrie et de toute l'Afrique Théodore II a effectué sa première visite officielle au Congo.

Le 7 Octobre 2010, suite à une décision du Saint-Synode du Patriarcat d'Alexandrie et de toute l'Afrique, la République du Congo-Brazzaville et le Gabon, se détachèrent respectivement de la juridiction spirituelle et administrative de Saints Archevêchés d’Afrique Centrale et du Cameroun, et constituèrent un Evêché distinct, l’Evêché du Congo- Brazzaville et Gabon, sous la responsabilité de p.Theologos Chryssanthakopoulos, nommé comme Vicaire Patriarcal.
En Octobre 2012, Sa Béatitude le Pape et Patriarche d'Alexandrie et de toute l'Afrique Théodore II a effectué sa seconde visite officielle au Congo.

Enfin, le 21 Novembre 2012, à la proposition de Sa Béatitude le Pape et Patriarche Théodore II, le Saint et Sacré-Synode de l'ancien Patriarcat a élu celui qui était alors Secrétaire en chef du Saint Synode, le p. Panteleimon Arathymos comme premier Evêque du nouveau Evêché du Congo- Brazzaville et Gabon, et il fut officiellement intronisé au siège de l’Evêché, dans la deuxième plus grande ville du pays, à Pointe-Noire, le 14 Avril 2013.
Aujourd'hui, l’Evêché du Congo-Brazzaville et du Gabon développe dynamiquement un grand travail missionnaire et catéchétique, complété par une activité intense dans les domaines de la charité, de l'éducation, de la prise en charge et de la santé, plus particulièrement pour nos frères besogneux les plus faibles économiquement, et cela sans aucune discrimination religieuse ou autre.

d'ici: Le 3 Février 2016, Sa Grâce l’Évêque du Congo-Brazzaville et  Gabon Mgr. Panteleimon, se trouvant dans la capitale gabonaise, Libreville, dans le cadre de la visite pastorale, il s’est rencontré avec Son Excellence le Ministre de l'Intérieur, de la Décentralisation et de la Sécurité Mr. Pacome Moubelet Boubeya, qui lui a octroyé la reconnaissance officielle de l'Eglise orthodoxe locale dans la République du Gabon, en notant que l'État se réjouit de la présence créatrice et féconde de l’Eglise Orthodoxe.

En 2007, une Mission mise sur pied par la Sainte Métropole de Cameroun a visité Libreville, Capitale du pays, a baptisé les premiers Orthodoxes, a organisé la Communauté Orthodoxe nouvellement créée et a installé en tant que ex Curé le Révérend prêtre p. Victor Etendi Lissom.

L’Orphelinat "Saint Eustache" dans la ville de Dolisie

d'ici: L'Eglise Orthodoxe locale du Congo & Gabon embrasse avec sacrifice en Son sein 24 petits enfants âgés de 5 à 17 ans, qui sont hébergés à l’Orphelinat "Saint Eustache" dans la ville de Dolisie. Son souci est le développement physique et psychique sain et l'éducation chrétienne de ces enfants, et Sa tâche est de leur fournir l'amour dont ils sont privés par l’absence de câlins parentaux.

Même si elle n'est encore que provisoire, l'autorisation accordée par la ministre des Affaires sociales, de l’Action humanitaire et de la Solidarité, Émilienne Raoul, donne confinace aux responsables de cette structure d’accueil des enfants créée en 2007 par l’Église orthodoxe du Congo. L'acte a eu lieu le 8 août à Dolisie, dans le département du Niari.

Situé dans l’enceinte de la paroisse Sainte Irène de l’Église orthodoxe du Congo à Dolisie, l’orphelinat « Foyer Saint Eustache » peut désormais accomplir sa mission consistant à accueillir, sans contrainte administrative, des enfants ayant perdu leurs parents. En recevant cette autorisation, la structure devient la première, à l’intérieur du pays et la troisième au niveau national après les deux étbalissements de Brazzaville qui sont officiellement reconnus par l’État. La délivrance de ce document qui sera régularisée par un arrêté ministériel, après un an, obéit aux textes en vigueur dans le pays. Il s’agit notammentde l’arrêté du 14 février 2012 fixant les normes techniques d’installation, d’organisation et de fonctionnement des structures privées d’accueil et d’hébergement des enfants. En effet, ces deux textes font obligation aux promoteurs de ce type de structures de les maintenir en conformité avec les dispositions précitées.

Recevant cette autorisation au nom du Saint évêché du Congo-Gabon, son vicaire général, Maxime Oumba, s’est félicité de l’acte de confiance et d’amour que le gouvernement a posé. « Nous pouvons vous rassurer que nous sommes une église, une communauté chrétienne, nous travaillons ensemble avec l’État et que nous sommes là pour travailler parce que l’église fait aussi l’œuvre humanitaire et de charité.», a-t-il indiqué, annonçant leur disponibilité.

La ministre Émilienne Raoul qui a visité quelques compartiments de cet orphelinat avant la remise de l’autorisation d’ouverture a apprécié les conditions réunies par les promoteurs. « J’ai vu que le bâtiment est bien tenu, tout est propre. Les enfants doivent trouver ici une ambiance familiale, ce que nous disons toujours, c’est que la vie de l’enfant c’est dans une famille. Ce genre de structures doivent lui donner toute la confiance pour qu’il devienne un homme. Il faut aussi un orphelinat pour les filles parce qu’il n’y a pas que des garçons », a-t-elle conseillé, prenant acte de l’engagement pris par le vicaire quant au respect des textes en vigueur.

Elle est enfin revenue sur le fait que les gens ignorent encore l’autorisation provisoire d’ouverture qui est une régularisation des structures existantes ou en cours de création. « Tout le monde ignore qu’il y a aujourd’hui un décret présidentiel qui fixe les modalités de création et d’ouverture des structures qui accueillent les enfants : crèche, orphelinat, partout où l’enfant est accueilli, où il dort, mange, il faut avoir une autorisation parce que c’est l’État qui est garant de la protection de l’enfant. Nous devons savoir ici ce que font les enfants, ce qu’ils vont devenir, quand ils vont sortir », a conclu Émilienne Raoul.
