We all want policemen who respect the human rights of demonstrators. Richard-Spiros Hagabimana is tortured for being one of them!
Richard-Spyros Hagabimana, a Colonel from Burundi (and a Greek citizen) who is jailed and tortured for refusing to use violence to repress -and even to kill- protesting demonstrators. Please, sign the petition for his release!
